Date Posted:18/02/2014

Iain Lee BBCBBC Three Counties Radio is coming to Newport Pagnell as part of their Big Tour of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The radio station is keen to meet people living in the cities, towns and countryside they serve.

They'll be in Newport Pagnell on 11th March to find out what issues are affecting the community and then covering them on-air for a week's special all about the town from Monday 17th March. Whether it's to hold a council to account or tell the story of how a new business or club came to be. They want to hear from you, so get in contact with them and you may get to hear yourself on the radio.

It's also a great chance for current listeners of the station, to put a face to the voices they hear every day.

You could get to meet Iain Lee who can be heard every weekday morning from 6am entertaining you and covering all the local stories that matter with up-to-the-minute travel news to get you around Buckinghamshire.

Perhaps you have a problem with a company or local organisation that you just cannot fix. Well don't fear Jonathan Vernon-Smith will be on hand to help, as he fights for your consumer rights on the JVS Show weekdays from 9am.

Editor of the station Laura Moss, says "It's a great opportunity to meet some of our audience and get the under the skin of Newport Pagnell.”

Over the week the station will hear from people who have lived in the town for most of their lives as well as some who moved here from abroad.
The Big Tour will see the station go to a different town every week, including Berkhamsted, Woburn and Wheathampstead.

You can hear BBC Three Counties Radio online, on digital and on 103.8 and 90.4 FM.
