Have you ever fallen victim to a poor sleeping pattern? 1 in 3 adults do. Deep relaxation is the perfect way to ‘heal’ from periods of bad sleep or prevent it all together.

The recommended amount of sleep is 8 hours (or more) every evening but with busy lifestyles and work-related stress, it’s no surprise that most of us are trying to function on much less than this.

Falling asleep (and staying asleep) is often a struggle but it’s proven that relaxation helps to quieten the mind and promotes healthy, restful sleep – Boosting your mental and physical health, while helping with weight regulation, immunity and fertility. How amazing is that!

Join Ali for a delicious taste of deep relaxation – the perfect way to finish the working week and slow down for a restful weekend.  Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of Yoga Nidra (Yogi Sleep) to relieve stress and quieten the mind – helping you to find perfect rest. This is not an active class – no need to wear Lycra pants or touch your toes. Just get comfortable using the bolsters and blankets we provide . . . and relax!

The event is FREE to book but we kindly ask for a charitable donation (suggested donation £5) which can be paid in CASH at the front desk when you check-in. All proceeds will go to the British Sleep Society.

This event is aimed at complete beginners only – anyone who has not tried deep relaxation before. Especially beneficial to those who feel stressed, anxious or have trouble ‘switching off’ for a healthy, restful sleep.
