The Arches Theatre – What’s On – August

The Arches Theatre is a unique outdoor venue in Clifton Reynes, near Olney, just 10 minutes from Milton Keynes. It takes its name from the four beautiful railway arches, built in 1872, that are used to stage exciting outdoor performances. Situated in parkland next to the River Great Ouse in the picturesque and peaceful Buckinghamshire countryside, The Arches Theatre will be the stage to a number of fantastic theatre productions over the summer months. If you want to experience great live theatre on a glorious summers evening, in a new and quirky open-air theatre, then there is no better place to be than at The Arches. Bring your own chair, unpack your picnic, pop open your fizz and prepare to be wowed!

Following their sell out and outstanding performance of As You Like It last summer, professional Shakespeare group - The Wet Mariners – return to the open-air stage at The Arches Theatre this August with their production of Richard III. You will not want to miss this.

Performance: The Pink Panther Strikes Again

Milton Keynes leading comedy troupe - Milton Keynes Theatre of Comedy at The Arches Theatre - is bringing its hilarious production of The Pink Panther Strikes Again, stunts and all; to our fabulous outdoor venue this summer.  The stage adaptation of the 1976 award-winning comedy film, will be on for three nights from 15 - 17 August. So, grab yourself some tickets while they are still available!

Local theatre company, Etcetera Theatre.co (etc), brings its fantastic production of the Bards romantic comedy - The Taming of the Shrew - to our open-air venue from 22 - 24 August. Be sure to get your tickets quickly, as they won't be around for long!
